Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how Legion51 Exports LLC ("Legion51," "we," "us") processes and ships orders placed at legion51.com.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12:00pm ET or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping methods & rates
- Standard (3–5 business days): $5.95 flat rate.
- Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.95.
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@legion51.com.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we will replace it or issue a refund. Legion51 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
